I had the honour of taking a crack team of CC innovators to Amsterdam Drone Week (ADW) for the first time. Drone innovation – especially autonomous drone navigation with deep learning – was high on the agenda. ADW is a global platform for sharing knowledge on current air solutions, potential innovations and vital regulations. Our team comprised specialists in uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) service design and business modelling, as well as technical aspects such as wireless communications, radar, semiconductors and cloud deployment.
