Ophthalmology Futures Forums are clinician-driven innovation meetings focusing on new technology, entrepreneurial ventures, market access and other aspects of commercialisation in the ophthalmic healthcare sector. They cover all aspects of global innovation in ophthalmic devices, diagnostics and pharmaceuticals by connecting scientists, physicians, regulators, reimbursement specialists, corporate leaders, venture capitalists and other investors who support the advancement of eye care.

In collaboration with National University Hospital (NUH) the Ophthalmology Futures Asian Forum 2017 is also supported by the Economic Development Board (EDB) and our commercial partner, Cambridge Consultants.

Designing and taking a new idea to market. 

This will be chaired by Boris Maluygin, Deputy Director of the Fyodorov Institute in Moscow and (probably) Prof Seven Myint  who has multiple roles in the Singaporean Public and Private innovation ecosystem. The panel will include representatives from Clearbridge accelerator, ForSight Labs (an incubator), Jonathan Agmon, a Singaporean international patent lawyer, Duncan Bishop from Cambridge Consultants as well as representatives from Singapore MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART).
